How much does it cost, is this service really expensive?
This is a very affordable service! Our rates are different depending on the number of dogs you have and how many times you would like us to visit. Click on the 'Service Rates' tab for more information. We also have a referral program, a discount for prepaying as well as for service dogs and seniors! All sales tax is included in the price and all waste is hauled away.
How will I be billed?
We bill at the end of the month and can send you an invoice in the mail. Paper free billing where we send an invoice through email with an attached 'cart ' through paypal.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Debit, check or cash. Which ever is easiest for you!
Do I need to sign a contract?
Not at all. You are only charged for services rendered and you can call to cancel at any time. You can also
put service on hold with no charge if go on vacation, etc. The only thing we ask is that you give us at least a 24 hour notice prior to your service to avoid a charge, due to the cost of gas and our scheduling.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes, we are completely insured and licensed.
Do I need to be present at the time of service?
Not at all. As long as we can access your yard.
How will I know when my yard has been serviced?
By how clean it is of course! That and we set up a personal schedule with you so you always know the exact day and approximate time we will show up. We can also (at your request) leave a card with the date and time your yard was cleaned.
What if I just need one cleaning?
A lot of customers choose one cleaning, when moving out of their home, a party or spring clean up. These charges will vary depending on the circumstance and the accumulation of waste, we can generally get a good idea by discussing it over the phone or we'll come out and give you a free estimate.
Can my dog be in the yard during the time of service?
Yes, if your dog is friendly with us and allows us in the yard. We love our cannie customer family!
